Continuation Grant Application

To qualify for the Great Schools Colorado (CSP) Continuation subgrant, applicants must meet the federal definition of a public charter school under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA, Sec. 4310). Both the school and its authorizer must be public entities. Eligible applicants must have been awarded a CSP State Entities Grant during the 2018-2023 performance period under the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) and actively in progress during 2024-2023 federal fiscal year.

Applicants proposing a continuation grant must show strong academic results, including disaggregated achievement data and compliance with federal and state requirements. The Colorado League of Charter Schools reviews all applications to ensure eligibility and alignment with federal CSP requirements.
