The Healthy Kids Colorado Survey (HKCS) is the state’s most comprehensive survey on the health and wellbeing of young people. The voluntary, anonymous, online survey asks middle and high school students about health-related attitudes and behaviors. Schools receive reports with their results which can be used to support needs assessments, grant applications, program planning, and more!
